What this website collects

Nothing about you, beyond what any web request needs to be served. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes your IP address and request details to deliver the page; we don't keep access logs.

If you email us

If you write to hello@agigence.com or investors@agigence.com, we use your name, address and message only to reply and, for investor enquiries, to follow up on that conversation. That's our legitimate interest in responding to you. We keep correspondence for as long as the conversation is relevant and delete it when it isn't. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's purposes. Our website and email are run by service providers who process data only on our behalf.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@agigence.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
